Pete Jones completed a BA in Film Studies before going on to Goldsmiths College to do an MA in photography.

After graduating he become a proffesional freelance photographer working primarly in London. Early clients included various Fringe Theatre procuctions, the Royal Academy of Dance, a wide range of reportage and publicity shots for PR and marketing companies and a number of charities.

Pete also spent a month living and working in a Romanian orphanage in Bucharest. His objective was to gain trust of the kids and to show their world in a true light. He also travelled the country at a very interesting time post Caucescu.

Pete's coverage of the performing arts is all inclusive! He has covered a wide range of regional and West End productions over last ten years as well as a couple of stints covering the Edinburgh Festival for the Pleasance. His classical music clients include the Wigmore Hall, European Youth Orchestra, Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra, Ysaye Quarter and the BBC Choir of the Year. He has also completed a year long project documenting backstage life at the Theatre Royal, Brighton in 2001, working with over 40 shows that year.

He has just secured a 3 year contract to work for the DWP as a creative, producing campaigns, brochures as well as portrait work & events.

His work has been reproduced in all forms of media and he has been with ArenaPAL since 1998.
