Sisi Burn has been working freelance photographing classical and jazz musicians, composers and performers, since completing the Documentary Photography course at Newport, Gwent in 1994. |

Sisi has worked on 2 major photo essays: “A Symphony of Symptoms” exploring performance related illnesses amongst orchestral players, and was subsequently the official photographer for the 1997 conference, “Health & Musician” organised by the Musicians Union and BAPAM (British Association of Performing Arts Medicine).

Much of Sisi’s work is done discreetly during rehearsals where respect for the musicians is paramount and although most of her work is amongst musicians, she enjoyed working on a set of portraits of Richmond Artists.
