Size and format: min A4, 300 dpi (3600 pixels on the longest side x 2400 pxls) – 30.5x20.4 cm (12”x8”),

No less than 3000 pixels on the longest side after cropping!

Digital Cameras – no less than 6MP sensor.

Image mode RGB

Saved from original material as JPG – The best quality (Photoshop 12)

No Sharpening! Please make sure that Contrast and Colour Balance is on your preferred level. No dust and duplicates please!

Guidelines for writing Photoshop file info

Please don’t include your address details in the file info - it causes problems in the database and we will delete them

Please :

• Caption your pictures with the Minimum information:
• Title
• Director
• Location
• Name of the performer and for Theatre/Opera the character name

Please identify the people in the picture, don’t just give us a cast list!

You do not need to caption every picture. A picture that shows the entire cast and is captioned will do or one picture per cast member.
